Our coaches put you in the best position to push harder than you thought possible and safely achieve measurable results. Use these programs as supplements to your current fitness routine or combine Hardpressed Strength and Hardpressed Conditioning for the ultimate training experience.

  Get Strong.  A great strength training program is vital in achieving your fitness goals and is truly the missing ingredient for most active people. During a 30 minute Hardpressed Strength session you will be coached, one-on-one, through a fast-paced total body strength workout.  We understand most busy-professionals don’t lift consistently for many reasons, including inexperience, intimidation, injury limitations, fear of injury, available time and/or lack of results with previous programs. Hardpressed Strength helps solve these issues, providing an effective and efficient workout in an inclusive environment with some of the most experienced coaches in town.  Whether a novice or experienced lifter — we’ll get you stronger in less time than you ever imagined.

We launched Hardpressed Conditioning to offer clients cardiovascular conditioning, without having to stay on piece of cardio equipment for an extended time or learn any complex skills. Our conditioning programs are based around HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) principles and each 30 and 45 minute class is designed to garner maximum effort throughout the workout.  Hardpressed Conditioning classes are a mix of cardio and strength movements, closely guided by one of our expert coaches. We keep your heart rate up through shorter sprints, while performing a variety of activities in small group settings.  A great workout to do with friends for a mix of intense activities that any fitness level will find challenging.
