ABOUT HARDPRESSED STRENGTH
A great strength training program is vital in achieving your fitness goals and is truly the missing ingredient for most active people. During a 30 minute Hardpressed Strength session you will be coached, one-on-one, through a fast-paced total body strength workout.
We understand most busy-professionals don’t lift consistently for many reasons, including inexperience, intimidation, injury limitations, fear of injury, available time and/or lack of results with previous programs. Hardpressed Strength helps solve these issues, providing an effective and efficient workout in an inclusive environment with some of the most experienced coaches in town.

Our facilities are equipped with men’s and women’s locker rooms, showers, blowdryers and select toiletries needed to prepare for the day ahead.

What is your cancellation policy?
We have a strict 24 hour late cancel and no-show policy. This is to protect our coach’s time and that of our clients. Cancellations must be made outside 24 hours from your appointment or class. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will result in: loss of 1 strength session. Complete terms and conditions are available in your account profile.
I have injuries. How safe is it for me to workout at Hardpressed?
We are able to adapt workouts to accommodate for virtually any injury. We have a variety of machines and modalities that allow our coaches to modify workouts around any affected joint or muscle.
I’ve never lifted before and I’m nervous! What can I expect?
Don’t be! We coach people of all ages, abilities and experience. The workout will feel like a challenge from the start and you can expect to get sore from the first few workouts, but you should not be totally debilitated. The goal is to build into training harder as you build your strength, session to session.
Can one really get a complete strength workout in only thirty minutes?
Absolutely! At your typical gym, you spend time loading and unloading weights by yourself. The equipment you need is often in use and you spend time waiting for the proper equipment. At Hardpressed, we eliminate that from the session and allow you to focus on the workout. Your coach handles weights, setups and assists you in maintaining proper form. You simply have show up — ready to work hard!
