Here's everything you need to know before you arrive. Hardpressed Strength and Conditioning are both 30-minute workouts that features high-intensity cardio or muscle-sculpting strength training. But it’s so much more than just a workout — it’s a community. Let’s get you ready for your first session!
WHAT TO WEAR: Come comfortable in your favorite workout clothes: shorts or leggings with a tank or tee plus gym shoes.
WHAT TO BRING: We work up a serious sweat in 30 little minutes, so it’s important to hydrate. Either bring a bottle to fill up or grab one for purchase at the front desk. All you need are your work out clothes and your sneakers. We’ve got everything else covered.
WHEN TO ARRIVE: Get to the studio 15 minutes before and let the front desk know it’s your first time. They'll give you a tour of the facility and locker rooms as well as answer any questions you may have.
