Hardpressed is more than a workout — it’s a community. Let’s get you ready for your first session!
WHERE TO GO: Hardpressed Strength is located at 219 West Chicago Avenue, Suite 600.
WHAT TO WEAR: Come comfortable in your favorite workout clothes: shorts or leggings with a tank or t-shirt and comfortable gym shoes.
WHAT TO BRING: We work up a serious sweat in 30 little minutes, so it’s important to hydrate. Bring a bottle to fill up or grab one for purchase at the front desk. If you bring your workout clothes, sneakers and willingness to work hard: we’ll cover the rest.
WHEN TO ARRIVE: Please arrive at the proper studio fifteen (15) minutes before your session and let the front desk know it’s your first time. They'll give you a tour of the facility, show you to the locker rooms and answer any questions you have.
